If your Gridless power bank isn't right for you, send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. No questions asked.
Return shipping is on us
We pay for return shipping. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@trygridless.com with your order number. You'll find it in your order confirmation email.
- Within 1–2 business days, we'll reply with the return address and a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the power bank with the accessories it came with, and drop it off within 14 days of receiving your label.
Please email us before sending anything back, so your return reaches the right place.
Your refund
When your return arrives, we'll refund the price you paid for the item to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10 business days to show it.
Original shipping charges and Shipping Protection aren't refundable, unless your order arrived damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered.
Bundles
You can return a whole bundle or just part of one. For part of a bundle, we refund the per-unit price you paid: the bundle price divided by the number of power banks in it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.
Cancellations and changes
Changed your mind, or want a different bundle? Email us before your order ships and we'll cancel or change it. Once it has shipped, you can still return it under the 60-day guarantee.
