Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
Shipping options and delivery times
- Standard: $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more. Arrives 7–12 business days after shipping.
- Express: $15.00. Arrives 5–8 business days after shipping.
Both bundles (Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Buy 3 Get 2 Free) qualify for free Standard shipping.
Orders ship from our international fulfillment center, so your tracking may take a few days to show movement. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during holidays or severe weather.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, or its tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, email us with your order number. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund.
Shipping Protection (optional)
You can add Shipping Protection in your cart for $4.99. It covers packages lost in transit, packages that arrive damaged, and packages stolen after they're marked delivered. Email us within 30 days of delivery (or of the latest estimated delivery date, if your package never arrived) and we'll send a free replacement without waiting on a carrier claim.
Packages stolen after they're marked delivered are only covered with Shipping Protection.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll update it before your order ships.
